Really good Stay!

I found the staff kind. They provided excellent service. The hotel's attention to detail impressed me. I enjoyed exploring the complex. It reminded me of discovering a work of art. The hotel offers convenient shuttle service to the station. This made commuting easy.
The absence of soundproofing was a slight issue. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

My room had ample space. It was tastefully decorated with attention to detail, and I found the size to be significantly larger than other hotel rooms. The Japanese Suite King Room seemed ideal for families. It included access to the lounge.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of choices, and the quality seemed excellent. Several restaurants are located on-site. Many restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. They offered great alternatives.

The hotel has exquisite decor and is impeccably maintained. It's easy to see why it's chosen for weddings. The hotel is within a short walk of the station. This provides excellent transportation links. I appreciated the exhibitions held at the hotel.

My stay included access to the executive lounge. The rooms feature spacious layouts and high-quality amenities. The staff exhibited excellent service. I took a tour of the hotel and found its heritage fascinating. This unique hotel feels like a living museum, and I definitely plan to return for a longer visit
The hotel felt a little stuck in the 90s. I was hoping for a more updated luxury look in the room. My toilet also seemed somewhat outdated compared to ones in other hotels during my travels -. Nonetheless, everything worked.

The breakfast buffet includes an astonishingly diverse selection of both eastern and western dishes. Salmon is grilled to order, and pastries are made fresh in-house, a great way to begin the day.

Staff are world class. Service is helpful and personal. They remembered my plans and asked about my experiences later. The staff demonstrates attentiveness and professionalism. Every interaction was warm and pleasant.
